OPINION | Musa Khawula In Custody for Attempted Murder & Reckless Driving
For a celebrated Celebrity Basher like him this is way too low but then what can you expect from someone who lacks journalistic ethics and let alone proper knowledge and qualification. Even as a gossip blogger or whatever he calls himself, there is an ethical way and route to take where you can get fact-proven information that is meant to be just gossip not image tarnishing or harmful.
Musa Khawula does not gossip but he writes things that seek to destroy people's lives and images they have worked so hard to build just so he can build an image for himself (which he did). Now he was found half naked in his lower body standing outside of his car while there was a man dressing up inside his car moving to the front passanger seat. For someone who is too vested in people's businesses, this was such a low blow for him to be having public sex while there are guest houses that he and his partner could have went to.. to do their business. So when he saw that the couple in the car approaching his own car saw what was happening, he obviously became the rude Musa Khawula that he always is, got into an altercation with the driver hoping to scare him off because he was caught in the act and as soon as he moved a bit from the scene he did a U-turn aiming to harm the driver so that they wouldn't leak anything about him being found half naked outside his car with a man inside dressing up, which clearly proves that Musa was having public sex.
So my opinion is Musa wanted to wipeout the driver completely because he as a "Basher" could not risk being gossiped about having car sex in public probably with someone who is romantically involved with someone else. As for his Crimen Injuria case, Musa needs to face the music and dance to the routine that he has crafted because there is no way that a person can publicly slander someone else's image and marriage, violate their personal, personality and constitutional rights, and expect that they can get away with it. I bet he does not even not about the POPI Act stipulations and each and everytime he posts something on his platforms he uses people's images without consent and acknowledgment while publishing them for image tarnishing propaganda. I hope Tamaryn Green's husband gets the justice that he deserves and as well as the man who was injured by Musa and left for dead. The arm of the law needs to deal heavy with this Musa Khawula character because he has gotten way too out of hand and all he needs is a DAMN GOOD LESSON!!
